Arising Sensations

Released within body

Something observes

Sensations found, observed, categorized

Each pleasant, neutral, unpleasant

Vast majority just exists neutrally

Arise, abide, fade

Calm, clear, entirely unjudged

Breath Within Limitless Space

Left without direction

Simple breath alone

Calm beyond calm

Space opens fully

Something peacefully simple

Another thing completely empty

Pause opens absolute silence

What Released

Kindness sent imperfectly

Measurement unused- released

Unimportance drifts within

Many places, each centered

Just breath

Unfollowing distractions- each ungrasped

Each just exists alone

Unimportant Now

Distance unmoved

Everything opposite exists within each

Purposeless, utterly perfect

Kindness given, sent accepted, embraced

Stop, become only what becomes revealed

Become wider, open- fully accepted

Now's unimportance reveals acceptance

Now Accepting

Anything exists thankfully

Exclusions become embraced

Wide open acceptance

Beautiful existence

Stopping measurement, just exist

Far way comes closer

Everything opens wider

Fatigue's Invisible Calm

Intentions fade within fatigue

Mind slows, becomes nothing

Alone within breath, invisible

Calm relief remains solid

Nothing remains lasting

Nothing replaces peace

One mind small, another infinite

Release Over Again

Breath becomes gathering center

Awareness' gathered, carried upon

Released, become nothing

Over, over again many times

Nothingness becomes empty

Emptiness become fuller nothing

Attachments, drift become carried away

Distance Stillness

Intention unmeasured

Exists within just observed

Impossible becomes infinite simplicity

Breath opens widely

Everything exists within now's rhythm

Mind's motion continuous

Completely within stillness

Not Much

Calm, peaceful

Other places besides breath

Unimportance release

Calm

Expectations subside with sensation

Another awareness smooths everything

Just upon verge- accepting not much

Enough Space

Released from comparison

Measurement moves outward beyond

Calm, open space forms within

Release, become nothing

Drift away with thoughts

Awareness returns, again become nothing

Space enough within what exists

Breath Surrounds

Pieces begin separate

Thoughts drift invisibly

Kindness lingers, becomes nearly real

Just simple breath

Measured, measuring, measure releasing

Everything merges within breath

One within another- sameness

Very Calm

Slowly mind eases

Simple, plain breath

Just exists

Disappear within fatigue

Nod without tiredness

Point becomes clear

Breathe pure calm

Quiet Center Quiet Drift

Lulling calm stretches wide

Present, fade slightly, return

Center

Drift

Within now unmeasured

Everything, nothing

Measure falls away, become now

One Less Thing

Mind becomes then following thing

One then, another forms

Each something outside now

Expectations, direction, wanting, measures

Release each

Become unimportance

Unattached simplicity within one less thing

Within Now Despite

Purposelessness surrounds

Remain within intention

Distraction exists, center remains still

Going nowhere

Becoming nothing

Just existing within breath

Exceptions released, freedom remains

Breath's Stillness

True kindness becomes real

Meaningfully deep, fluid

Given easily, beautifully smooth

Finding stillness within breath

Every expectation, thought released

Calm water forms within awareness

Joy forms within pure belief

Breath's Pure Softness

Released inwards

Settle upon breath

Flow through rhythm

Thoughts, feelings appear outside

Pure rhythm become wider

Core becomes firm, reflective

Everything given space within now

Peace Within Now

Kindness universal, beautiful intention

Softly breath expands across space

Pause within each thought

Return within now

Beautiful place alternates with wanting

Release over again into breath, now

Stop, recognize, accept just what exists

Clear Place Between Another

Some parts pause

Equal weight becomes balance

Neither side uncomfortable

Settle, become what exists

Pauses become stronger realizations

Each watching becomes more clear

Words fade within felt meaning

Now Space Grows

Now forms space around kindness

Impervious peace within

Slowly expanding

Just now becomes central

Thoughts fade before beginning

Released attachments open wide

Nothing except for what exists

When Now

Between each opening with breath

Place forms, becomes increasingly now

Distraction thens seductively form

Now eventually surrounds

Just what exists grows stronger within

Calm makes then smaller

Peace, joy, health sent widely

Following Connection Despite

Peace exists within breath
Infinite distractions pull
Release concerns, expectations
Become one with breath

Flow within breath
Connection remains constant
Watching peace blossom fully

Breath's Empty Space

Calm breath flows

Settling into simplicity

Easy place- empty

Space questions fill, where?

Calm covers wanting

Stopped

Noticing becomes stronger

Fade Reaction

Always, forever- equally same 

Either becomes another

Balance becomes work

Fatigue consumes intention

Unimportance becomes grasping's release

Neither place ideal

Both places perfect

Intentions Leaning

Slow way through

Open, easy

Expectations appear, release

Return, become unimportant

Place A becomes everywhere

Now becomes forever

Many Fading Into Fewer

Many infinite nows
Each unique
Each given, received
Paused upon many
Beautiful abundance forms within breath
Released- unaware, grasped fleetingly
Fade into joy

Consumed Now

Fatigue eats  now

Cycles unstoppable

Resist, fade, disappear, return

Some awareness accepts

Unimportance grows 

Pointless gravity released

Breath into what exists

Fitting Within Now

Great, small

Intention, thoughts

Aside within new view point

Neither, either

Nothing given, nothing kept

Everything released over again

Become what exists
