Deep reluctance emerges- real now

Hints give, watched
Unattachment frees deeper place


Wanting subsides, directions covered
Pause, become renewed


Moving beyond something still 

Unmeasuring

Permanent fixture, impossibly attached
Understanding, awareness growing
Step away, observe paradox
Dropping


Release, center breath


Release everything


Pure existence unmeasured

Not Finding

Looking, not looking


Now, then
Inside, drifted away


Acceptance grows reflected awareness


Sizing, measuring
Pause grows within


Unimportance, except just what exists 

Flowing Through Breaths

Simple time, one focus
Stop everything watch
Endless stream flows
One breath becomes many thoughts


Pause watching, experience grows
Return anew numberless times

Endless rippling thoughts
Passing through each other
Changing, distracting, followed


Direction?


Arrived?


Slowing mind pulls away
Release into what exists- line crossed

Doing Becomes Done

Carried forward within awareness
Watching, slowing caught within doing
Mind opens upon parallel
Awareness' weight slows scattering


Heaviness grows within calm
Everything becomes contracted
Allowing creates weightless space

Letting Surrounding Watching

Every larger spiral
Letting, watching, caught within images
Again surround with watching


Released within time
Expand very large


Disappeared


Again find now

Catching Releasing Within Flow

Disappeared somewhere within time
Stopped, lost again


Nothing flows perfectly


Suffering reaches noticeable limit
Subsides away


When measuring against believed
Always somewhere else 

Calm Formless

Slow mind just watching
Connections pull
Mentally release


Over again many times


Stop, pause
Understood
Just allow what exists

Lightening Now

Thinner, thinner  perception
Unattached while watching
Calm grows complete, shallow
Just what exists


Wanting recedes
Lingers somewhere lightly


Calm mind watching movement slow 

Fatigue's Slow Calm

Measurement falls away
Slow mind, slower tempo


Drift away calmly
Return without thought


Questions linger outside judgment
Nothing paused, nothing moved


Measurement's ultimate release hinted

Kindness sent with self-acceptance
Measure progressively ignored
Gift given despite

Judgement forms between

Measurement lives between layers
Emerging, released, emerging, released


Calming finding center
Smooth whiteness opens


Measure emerges, release into watching


Opening wider- just what exists

True kindness sent

Allowing what exists

Body heavy, time aware

Releasing over, over again

What exists given freedom

Return within watching

Lightness cycle accepting lingering weight

Into Thought

Kindness sent within acceptance

Resistance forms initial wall

Consuming fear lingers somewhere

Acceptance provides strength/space

Pause away, release

Thought lingers, retreats, returns

Balancing many pulls upon wobbly base

Moving between

Pathway opens- complete stopping, starting

Undivided, unmeasured

Pure existence

Release mind, draw upon single point

Erasing Eraser

Kindness begins

Expand, know joy given

All things gone

Eraser clears own trace

Disappearing each instant

Empty mind grows calm

Erase every remaining awareness

Giving Away

Acceptance sought, released gift
Everything within perfection
Taking difficult experiences
Giving smooth ease


True feelings revealed below
Joy glimpses heart's truth


Smile upon either side- same

Giving Beyond Receiving

One way
Other way
Blind alley opens
Push against dead end wall
Turned look becomes understanding
Move forward once again
Direction, effort- redoubled, released

Here Then Just Now

Blind mind, invisible now

Creation's one pause, wander far


True time stopped
Never existing- Just what's now

Becoming Revealing What

Slow distractions remain


Kindness glimmers, fade, glows again
Beauty sent widely
Belief only know


Simple breath felt, watched
Known merge resists
Becomes real only within acceptance

Disappear Within Kindness

Giving given power
Distribute freely


Kindness brings beauty
Joy lacking, sent


Others receiving disappear
Mind lead away within fatigue

Wandering through thoughts
