Guildless watching direction

Mind follows somewhere

Unknown steps descended

Far away calm takes hold

Within spins, opens becomes also outside

Breath With Body

Intentions complex simplify

Kindness just what became

Body, breath mingle

Peaceful while wanting other

Other what?

Find release within what exists

Acceptance comes near end

Just Above

Entirely released, become allowed

Without doubts, just what becomes

Kindness sent wide within own given

Breath loosens, attachments fall

Walk upon clouds above clouds

Connections linger, disappear

Compassion Within Impermanence

Mind open within compassion's intention

Kindness sent deeply, far, wide

Joy- glow varies with impermanence

Accepting purely releases greater stability

Without firm base, mind becomes light

Impermanence becomes joy's friend

Moving fully within body- widen, deepen

Calm rises into kindness

Distracted imagelessness opens wide

Calm rises, mind flattens

Remain within, return slowly into aware

Attention centers, flattens- fall away
