Contrary mind divided between
Above, below, there
Now's calmness- fresh breeze

Edge pollution, somewhat accepted
Wanting draws away peace

Clear realm divided space
Somewhere, something yearning tough

Wall Accepting

Nothing strikes down wall
Stand before knowing
Many ways around
Every manner impossible
Find, breath become acceptance
Falling inwards until stillness
Creation's own purity becomes

Breath Slowly Finding

Disconcerting falling towards
Different becomes smooth
Pause between, acceptance
Wander lengths, return again
Breath becomes center

Breath becomes base
Just breath, almost everything

Subsiding Tension Between

Calling forward, buried pasts
Frightful memories building grace
Time allowances accepted deep
Shallow desires searching eyes

Clarity's space graceful blue
Knowing heart bound tight

Deeper still- blurring lines

Before When

Mind drifting while centered
Lost while watched
Imbalanced upon balance

Knowing, accepting whole

Pleasure becomes pain
Slide through onwards

Floating into disappearing mind

Arriving Into Body

Swirling acceptance moves closer
Many stages, watching more closely
Easier, approaching completeness

Bumping body becomes aware
Bodily space defined
Life awareness clear- humming
Boundary sides merges- one

Drifting With Stillness

Calm, clear, mindful
Just here inside now
Without thoughts, expectations distant

Acceptance easy
Shallow mind, just below surface

Wanting questions barely ripple

Knowing acceptance reappearing

Watching Mind Near Darkness

Separated mind just watching
Echoing thoughts glide through
Untouched, unthought

Intense distance, pure darkness
Surrounding, impenetrable
Inert, except deep awareness

Beautiful distance, pure unattachment

Let Thickening Resistance

Sighted seeing, permission given
Flying, floating inwards seen

Opened heart given glowing

Time immemorial, pause through
Being inside blindly
Watching, awaiting death
Sand flowing through, plunging
Creation's mind perishing infinitely

Purpose open, wide, aware

Sitting start center

Creations chaos bubbles up

Mindfulness stands apparently helpless

Grasping meta's last breath

Embrace suffering- supported flower

Golden Heart Appears

Distant breaths within wandering
Return again many times
Paths infinite between breath
Knowing heart rises

Enough past, pity's release
